When trying to figure out what to write in this blog post I kept coming up blank or with generic boring things like where do you live, work, etc. But I want this blog to be more like a conversation or a story. Less like a boring life resume. But that is essential.
Introductions are in order. My name is Jessica. I am the mother and author in the family with wings. I come from Western North Carolina but reside in middle Tennessee with my husband and son. We are a small family that has a passion for travel at all stages of life. We believe that you shouldn’t wait to take that dream trip when you’re retired. But work towards your travel dreams at all times.
While traveling with a two year old is not always glamorous, it is always an adventure. This led me to want to start documenting my experiences. Trying to contradict not traveling with your kids. I will also be documenting my experiences being a wife and a mother. My content will be primarily travel posts, weekly recap, and information about flying tiny with a family.
